Report a safeguarding incident | Turing Scheme

This form is intended to notify the Turing Scheme Administrator (TSA) of a safeguarding incident. You will be aware that the Grant Funding Agreement stipulates that the Beneficiary must report all child protection incidents, allegations, and concerns the TSA immediately, this includes those that do not meet the threshold requiring the safeguarding lead or head teacher to be alerted. It is the responsibility of the Beneficiary to ensure that safeguarding procedures are followed.
